ENOU Lab’s cope up strategy against Covid-19
We are a trusted software development company with clients all over the globe. Our offshore partners trust us for being reliable, and always available. The global pandemic of Covid-19 hit Pakistan with a full thrust in early April 2020. Government imposed lockdown soon ensued. At this point in time we had to close our main office for the safety of our priceless employees.
Serendipitously, we had worked out our plans in time to start working remotely. All teams were trained accordingly within 48 hours and we were all set to stay connected with our team no matter where we were physically.
We reopened our workplace in early August and it turned out we worked at a faster rate when at home. This was unbelievably surprising. Our lead engineer Osama Asif was so impressed with this fact that he proposed ‘remote working saturdays’ policy in our recent meeting. He said, “I felt so much at ease to see my team perform seamlessly in hard times like these. They are so in tune with the remote working practice that I feel we should let them have a remote working saturday every week.”
